I forgot my password. What should I do?

If you already have an account on QponCloud but have forgotten your password, you can easily request a new password. On QponCloud account login page type in your registered email address under the "Forgot password?" section and click "Send me new password". If your account is registered, you will be sent an email within 5 to 10 minutes on your registered email address with your new password. Please check your junk/spam folder if you haven't received an email within 10 minutes.

I registered for a new account but haven't received my password. What should I do?

If you haven't received an email with your password details within 10 minutes of registration on QponCloud, please check your spam and/or junk folders and check for any email received from Please add this email address to your address book to ensure that you receive all communications from us on a timely basis.

How can I add my Business on QponCloud

You can add your business from "Select Business" page on QponCloud. You will be redirected to "Select Business" page after successful login. You can also visit "Select Business" page by clicking on "Select Business" menu. On "Select Business" Page click on Add Business button to add your business.

I don't see my business under "Select Business" page, what should I do?

If you know your business is already on QponCloud and you need access to your business, please contact the business manager to assign the appropriate role and permissions for you under the "Manage Staff" feature. Please note, anyone with business manager role in QponCloud can add you as Staff for that business. You should add a new business only if you are certain that your business is not registered with QponCloud. Also please note you should create your business on QponCloud only if you are the owner of the business or you are authorized to represent that business and to publish offers on their behalf.

What is an offer?

An offer is a business promotion that offers some business value or cost savings to its customers. Offer can be new business offering (e.g. new service, new product etc), or it can be promotion for existing business offering that it intended to attract client. Offers can be in the form of public coupons or personalized coupons.

Is a coupon different from an offer?

Coupons and Offers are related. Coupons represent your business offer. You need to create and publish your business offer before you start issuing coupons to your customers for that offer.

What is Coupon life-cycle?

Coupon life-cycle is all about providing coupon solution from defining to redemption. On QponCloud you can manage complete life-cycle of coupons. Coupon life-cycle starts with defining an Offer. You can review the offer and modify the offer before publishing it. Once the offer is published, it is visible over internet for customers to request/download. Your staff can send notifications or issue coupons to customers. Customers can download/print coupons and use it for redemption. On QponCloud website, you can allow your business staff, your partners and distributors to accept and process coupon redemption. All this is enabled by QponCloud, you only need internet ready device to use QponCloud features and manage coupon life-cycle.

Who can create an offer?

Any staff member that has a "Designer" role in QponCloud can create and set-up new offers. Offers can be in the form of untracked coupons or tracked coupons. They will be in a draft form when they are created.

What is a coupon?

A coupon is a document or a ticket that is issued to your customers so they can exchange it for rebate or for financial discount when purchasing a service or a product. Most coupons come with an expiration date. The coupon cannot be honoured after it has expired.

What are personalized coupons and public coupons?

A personalized coupon will allow you to assign coupons to individuals. Coupons will be for that individual and nobody else will be able to use it. Every individual and contact in your distribution list that you assign a personalized coupon to will receive a coupon with a unique coupon ID. You can track personalized coupons for their usage and redemption.

Public coupons are not assigned to individuals. These coupons can be printed or downloaded by anyone and are not tracked. Public coupons will come with notifications which can be issued to prospective customers or contacts.

How do I set-up Auto Approval for personalized coupon requests?

Before an offer is published, you can set-up Auto Approval for your personalized coupons by visting the "Manage offers and coupons" page. Click on the offer that you want and then click "Publish Offer". Select "Auto Authorized" under the "Issue Coupon" section. Once done, click "Pay with card".

What is publishing of an offer?

Offer publishing is the step where business authorizes publishing coupons on QponCloud on behalf of business. When you publish an offer, the offer's status will change from Draft to Published. This means that the offer will then be visible to your contacts or to the public based on the type of coupons you are issuing. You can also list your published offers on your own website so your visitors can request for coupon access.

How will personalized coupons help me build contacts?

Published coupons will be available to everyone on-line. Individuals will be able to view your offers and can request for coupon access. When you approve this coupon request, the contact will be imported to your contact list automatically.

My coupon was redeemed but the order was cancelled later. How do I make the coupon valid again?

Please use the "List Coupon" feature. Locate the coupon you wish to make changes to and then click "Mark as Unused" to make it valid again. You must have manager role to perform this operation.

I want my resellers and distributors to accept coupons issued by my business, can I do that with QponCloud?

Yes! This is one of the key features of QponCloud. You can assign free account for your resellers and distributors from "Manage Partners and Distributor" page. Once you identify a user as Partner, he/she will get access to the business coupon validation function (for Personalized Coupon). They can accept and validate coupons online using QponCloud account.

Will my Partners and distributors be able to see coupons I issued?

No! Your partners and customers will not have access to view all issued coupons. They can only validate coupons and accept coupons. Please note: any staff with validator role will be able to see coupon list since they are part of your business. Please assign staff validator role with utmost care.

How can I notify my customers and partners for new offers?

Use the notification feature to send coupon notifications (currently supported for Public Coupons only) to your customers and partners. This is excellent way to spread the word about your offer.
